Schröder Bauzentrum with Hagebau-ERP Prohibis extends Tourbosoft modules across locations
Schröder Bauzentrum, a member of hagebau, is taking an important step towards digitization. The building materials retailer with a strong market presence in northern Germany is expanding the use of Tourbosoft modules to four additional locations. This decision is based on many years of use and a high level of satisfaction at the Heide and Marne sites.
Uniform and standardized work processes with central route planning
Schröder Bauzentrum aims to unify and standardize work processes at all locations. The expansion of the Tourbosoft modules is intended to create consistent structures and digital standards that increase the efficiency and transparency of logistics processes throughout the company.
The Perleberg and Itzehoe locations have already been successfully introduced, while Garding and Rendsburg will follow this year.
A key component of the digitization strategy is central route planning in multi-user operations. The tour planning software Tourbo.route is used across all locations and enables several dispatchers to plan tours simultaneously in a central database.
Flexible and location-specific software solutions from Tourbosoft
The flexibility and adaptability of the Tourbosoft modules make it possible to adapt the software solutions to specific requirements and use them at individual locations.
The digital tour plan Tourbo.view is used at several locations and displays location-specific tour plans, delivery status, arrival times (ETA) as well as the utilization and capacities of the trucks.
Tourbo.board+ is used as a two-device solution for drivers. The separation of navigation and unloading increases user-friendliness, as bulky tablets remain in the vehicle, while handy devices are used for photos and signature capture.
The company plans to introduce the automatic and digital customer notification system Tourbo.avis in the near future to make customer service more transparent and modern.
Schröder Bauzentrum is consolidating its competitive position in the building materials trade and increasing its operational efficiency through the centralized, location-specific use of Tourbosoft modules.
