You can only achieve a consistent process with software to control your automated warehouse

Without a connection: Cumbersome and time-consuming
The image on the left shows a broken process, which is often encountered without an automated warehouse connection. Orders from the ERP system must first be printed on paper and then processed manually. A person sorts the picking slips, enters the data manually, and creates batches – a time-consuming, error-prone process.
The result: inefficient processes, lost time, and a burden for employees.
With our software: Efficient, digital, automated
Tourbosoft optimizes your entire process through a direct connection to the automated warehouse. This means that orders are processed entirely digitally and automatically forwarded to the warehouse. Humans merely perform a monitoring function – the rest runs seamlessly, faster, and without manual intervention.
The result: Maximum efficiency, time savings, and reduced workload for employees.

Many automated warehouses are connected to Tourbosoft's warehouse management and control software. Benefit from our many years of experience in logistics processes and structures across many industries and don't miss out on digitalizing your warehouse!

„Since we started managing our automated warehouse with Tourbo.store, it has seamlessly integrated into our overall process. Previously, we had to request retrievals manually and separately, assemble the stacks ourselves, and there was no integration into our processes. Now, everything runs automatically. It's impressive how precisely everything integrates and how much time we save with the software.“

As a long-standing partner of Tourbosoft, A+J not only uses our warehouse management software but also the integration with their warehouse.
By using the warehouse, storage space is optimally utilized, and state-of-the-art technology effectively prevents damage to goods. At the same time, the ergonomic design of the workflows reduces the workload of warehouse staff and increases efficiency.
Intelligent solutions for practical use to optimize your warehouse processes
An automated warehouse offers numerous advantages for logistics: It optimizes internal processes, reduces space requirements, and lowers the error and damage rate. There are also many individual advantages.
However, there is a risk of isolated optimization, meaning only part of the process is optimized, while upstream and downstream processes remain unaffected. In the worst case, this can lead to an overall worse process than before the automated warehouse was implemented.
To avoid this risk, it is crucial to fully integrate the automated warehouse into the logistics processes. This is the only way to utilize the full potential offered by the interfaces offered by automated warehouse manufacturers. By connecting to a warehouse management and control system, such as Tourbo.store, the warehouse processes can be digitally controlled and optimally linked.
Tourbo.store ensures seamless integration of stacking, strapping, and labeling by intelligently automating these processes and adapting them to the company's individual requirements. This maximizes efficiency and precision in warehouse logistics.
Stacking
Intelligent stacking for optimized picking processes tailored to your requirements
Tourbo.store relies on an intelligent algorithm that ensures optimal stacking during the picking process. Thanks to flexible parameter settings, the stacks or packages created by the automated warehouse can be precisely adapted to your requirements.
You can store both item-specific parameters such as dimensions or surfaces as well as customer-specific specifications. Customer-specific settings allow you to define individual requirements such as maximum stack heights, quantities, or weights per package for specific customer numbers.
The system also takes customer requests into account, such as specific sequences, customized layouts, or the use of special protective plates. Tourbo.store thus ensures efficiency and precision in your warehouse logistics – tailored to your customers' needs.

The stacks to be created in the automated warehouse can be viewed and adjusted before picking using the 3D stack visualization Tourbo.load. With just a click of the mouse, you can flexibly edit the automatically generated stack and optimally adapt it to the requirements of your customers and warehouse processes.
In addition, Tourbo.load, as a 3D loading visualization, shows how the stacks can be arranged in the vehicle even before loading. Intelligent algorithms automatically create an optimal loading pattern, which you can easily adapt and submit to the loading department as a default – for maximum transparency and optimal use of the loading space on your delivery routes.
Strapping
Intelligent strapping control analyzes optimal positions
If an automatic strapping system (also known as a bundling or binding system) is installed at the output line of the automated warehouse, Tourbo.store can specify the bundling positions. After stacking is complete, the system analyzes the goods and determines the optimal strapping positions to avoid damage.
Tourbo.store allows you to flexibly determine whether certain configurations should be bundled multiple times or not at all. In addition, depending on the package or stack being formed, different shims or pads can be assigned, provided the system supports this function.
With Tourbo.store, strapping is controlled precisely and efficiently, tailored to your requirements.
Label printing
Automatic label creation for your picked goods creates transparency
Tourbo.store enables the automatic creation of labels for fully picked goods from the automated warehouse. The label content can be individually adapted to your requirements. After the digital confirmation of a stack or parcel from the automated warehouse, Tourbo.store generates the label and transmits the print job - for manual or automatic application with labeling machines.
In addition to unique recipient data, stack contents can also be printed. These can also be specified in the order of the items within the stack. This makes further processing easier for the recipient, reduces errors and enables clear identification – even without an MDE device.
Customer details from the order placement can also be printed in order to optimally prepare the goods for the end customer.
Automatic order picking
Picking by simple scan accelerates warehouse processes
In combination with the creation of labels for stacks and parcels from the automated warehouse, the Tourbo.store automated warehouse connection offers another powerful function with automatic picking. After digital confirmation of the stack or parcel from the automated warehouse, the label is created and the goods are picked by the system. This eliminates the need to manually confirm the items in a stack or parcel on the MDE and enter the individual quantities.
The TE (transport unit whose barcode is later used to identify the stack) is automatically generated by Tourbo.store and assigned to the items in the stack. The user, who previously confirmed the individual items per stack and assigned them to the TE, now only has to scan the TE on the automatically generated label of the removed parcel and then scan the compartment in which the parcel is to be placed for later loading.
This automation not only saves valuable time, but also reduces the need for specialist staff with knowledge of the goods. As only the label and the compartment need to be scanned when the stack is moved, these tasks can also be carried out by less specialized employees – a decisive advantage in times of a shortage of skilled workers.
